Apiary Dates for members

We hold apiary meetings with tea and chat and all are welcome. During the season there is a members meeting every Saturday 2pm at the Rural Life Centre in Tilford.

  • Mid September Weekly apiary meetings typically finish in mid-September.

Winter meetings take place on the first Sunday of the month.

8th December Winter apiary meeting, 2 pm

Winter talks

Our monthly winter talks are held on Fridays, at the Tilford Institute GU10 2BU where there is ample parking. Talks begin at 7.30 followed by questions and refreshments.

Saturday 7th December 2019 The SBKA AGM at South Farnham School

Surrey BKA AGM and talk. This year held in Farnham at South Farnham
School – The speaker will be Simon Cavill who will talk on “Bee Good –
from Obsession to Profession”. Simon is a beekeeper, near Basingstoke,
who founded Bee Good, a company selling natural products based on
honey, beeswax and propolis.
