BBKA Spring Convention
This 3-day convention of lectures, workshops, seminars and trade show is held annually at Harper Adams University, near Telford in Shropshire.
The 2025 convention is on from 4-6 April 2025.
Surrey BEEKEEPERS HONEY Show
This is the annual show of honey and other products of the hive for beekeepers across Surrey. It continues the tradition of the show and activities at the Surrey County Show in Guildford.
The 2025 SBKA honey show will be held on Sunday 14th September, in the Garden Room at Denbies Estate, Dorking.
Winter talks
Our monthly winter talks are usually held on a weekday evening, at the Tilford Institute GU10 2BU where there is ample parking. Talks begin at 7.30 followed by questions and refreshments. Details are published in our members’ newsletter.
Apiary MEETINGS for members
We hold weekly apiary meetings for members with beekeeping, tea and chat. During the active season, we meet on Saturdays mornings at the Rural Life Living Museum in Tilford; in winter it’s once a month, with dates in the newsletter – weather permitting.
